Opening Times

Opens daily except on Christmas Day (25 December) and during its annual maintenance period from 7th - 18th (inclusive) January 2013.  The first experience takes place at 10.00am, and the ticket office opens at 9.30am.

15th April - 27th June: 10am - 9pm
28th June - 31st August: 10am - 9.30pm
1st September - 30th December: 10am - 8.30pm
24th December: 10 am - 5.30pm
31st December: 10am - 3pm

Later openings: Fridays and Saturdays in May and June: 10am - 9.30pm and
May half term (24th May - 2nd June): 10am - 9.30pm

Prices

 

Please note that if you have a wheelchair you need to book in advance for health and safety reasons, as they are restricted on the number of wheelchairs permitted in each capsule.

 

To avoid Queues- best to Book in advance

The queues can be very long at this attraction so it is advisable to book in advance using the booking line:

(0)871 222 0188 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) Line open 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Sunday.

To Queue jump you need to provide a Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter or Blue badge

You can still turn up on the day and try to fast track, however this is at the discretion of the ticket sales team and you need to provide further proof of your need to fast track, eg Doctor’s letter
